How long should my cable be?
A standard recommendation is to position one foot at the center of the rope, ensuring that the handles reach up to your armpits. While this is a general guideline to begin with, it's important to note that it can be adjusted according to your preference.
When jumping rope with proper form, your hands should remain relaxed and close to your hips. During the jump, ensure that the rope clears the top of your head by approximately 6 inches.
For those who are new to jumping rope, it is advisable to keep the length slightly longer initially and gradually shorten it as you become more comfortable.
Do you offer replacement cables?

Can I use this rope outside?
We recommend utilizing our cables on smooth surfaces like polished concrete or rubber gym mats. Nevertheless, you can use your rope on any surface; however, please be aware that abrasive surfaces may lead to eventual wearing off of the cable coating.
How long does a rope last?
The handles are made with sealed bearings, and high quality aluminum. They should never need to be replaced. The cable wont need to be replaced unless you use it on rough or uneven surfaced. If that's the case we have replacement cables right here..
